VitaMove provides removal, transport and cleaning services agreed for each booking. The agreed scope, addresses, access, timing and price form the basis of the service.
Quotes and estimates
The instant estimate is a guide, not a contract or fixed quotation. A final price depends on accurate information about volume, distance, access, property and timing.
Payment and cancellation
Payment terms and any deposit are confirmed before work. Tell us as early as possible if plans change. Costs already incurred or time reserved at short notice may be chargeable when clearly agreed.
Care and liability
Customers must disclose fragile, unusually valuable, unsafe or oversized items and ensure appliances are disconnected and drained. Liability is subject to the circumstances, reasonable care and applicable law.
Cleaning and outcomes
Cleaning covers the agreed scope. VitaMove cannot guarantee a landlord, agent or deposit decision, or repair wear and damage through cleaning.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
